Great Oaks care home in Bournemouth is due to host a free seminar on stroke awareness and paying for care, in association with The Wealth Care Partnership and BWT Physio.

The talk will be held on Tuesday, July 10 from 2-3pm and will give information on the causes of strokes and how to recognise the symptoms.

It will be followed by a discussion on paying for care which will provide attendees with information on state benefits and the types of care available. There is also an opportunity for people to ask any questions which they may have.

A complimentary afternoon tea will then be served at 3pm.
