A major local business seminar, aiming at locally based small to medium size businesses, has been announced.

Said Nigel Reeve, of Marketing West, the event’s organisers: “We have had a number of requests to put on a seminar advising businesses on current issues. There’s so much uncertainty in the business world at the moment, and businesses need as much help as possible. We started by researching what the main issues are and soon realised there’s concerns about staffing, training, HR, cyber security, disputes, funding, social media and Making Tax Digital, to name but a few of the concerns we have been told about. We have tried to cover as any of these issues as possible in this seminar.”

Speakers at the seminar include the Dorset Growth Hub, Porter Dodson Solicitors, Ward Goodman Accountants, Cyberwise, Veritas Dispute Resolution, Marketing West, DTHR Solutions and Weymouth College.

The seminar takes place between 07.30 and 10.15 on Thursday, 28th March 2019. The venue is the George Albert Hotel, Worden Hill, Evershot, DT2 9PW.

Anyone wishing to attend needs to book via the link on the Marketing West website, www.marketingwest.co.uk. There’s no charge to attend and breakfast is included, but places are limited and restricted to two per business.
