Groves Nurseries, based in Bridport and Beaminster, have invited three gardening experts to join them for a ‘Question the Gardeners’ evening, which is being held at their Ivy house Restaurant in Bridport.

The evening has been organised to raise funds for the Greenfingers charity, a charity that creates inspiring gardens for life-limited children and their families.

The three experts are Stephen Griffith, Curator at Abbotsbury Tropical Gardens, Nigel Hewish, Head Gardener at Kingston Maurward College and David James of Marshall James Garden Design. The evening will be chaired by Groves very own Clive Groves.

Anyone attending can email their questions in advance to [email protected]. The date and time is 18.30 for 19.00 on Thursday, 21st March. Tickets can be bought through the Events page on the Groves website, www.grovesnursereis.co.uk. A donation will be made to the Greenfingers charity, while a raffle for the charity will also be held on the night.
