Officers are searching for a missing man from West Parley near Ferndown and are asking the public for help in trying to find him.

David Snook, who is 64 years old, was last seen leaving his home address in Church Lane at around 5.20pm this evening, Wednesday 13 June 2018, in his silver Vauxhall Astra estate – registration number Y408 EPR.

He is described as white, six feet tall and of heavy build. He is wearing black jeans, a light coloured short sleeve shirt with collar and black work type boots.

Chief Inspector Alan Setchell, of Dorset Police, said: “We believe David was very upset when he left his home this evening and we are very concerned that he may come to some harm.

“I urge anyone who has seen David or his car to please get in touch with police as soon as possible.

“It might be possible that he drove into the Hampshire and Thames Valley region and therefore I would appeal for anyone in those areas to also keep an eye out for David.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to David’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting incident number 13:390.
