Officers carrying out enquiries to locate a missing teenager from Poole are pleased to confirm he has been found.

Michael King was reported missing having left his address in Parkstone during the morning of Wednesday 8 November 2023.

Following enquiries by officers, Michael has now been found. We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal.

Officers are appealing for information from the public as they carry out searches for a missing teenager from Poole.

Michael King, who is 16 years old, was reported missing at 12.50pm on Wednesday 8 November 2023 having last been seen at an address in the Parkstone area that morning.

Michael is described as six feet two inches tall with short dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black baseball cap, blue jeans and white trainers. He also had black gloves on, a silver chain around his neck and a silver bracelet on one of his wrists.

Michael is understood to have links to the Gosport and Winchester areas of Hampshire.

Inspector Andy Brix, of Dorset Police, said: “Due to Michael’s young age and the time since he was last seen, we are becoming concerned for his welfare and are keen to find him and make sure he is OK.

“I would urge anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to please contact police immediately.

“Finally, I would like to make a plea directly to Michael if you see this appeal to please get in touch and let us know where you are. We just want to make sure that you are all right.”
