Public appeal to find missing man from Poole

Update:

Officers searching for missing Poole man Neil Evans are pleased to say he has been found safe and well.

The 35-year-old was last seen at an address in Haven Road on Wednesday 20 March 2019. He was reported missing a short time later at 4.38pm.

He was located safe and well yesterday, Thursday 21 March 2019.

Officers are appealing for the public’s help to find a man who has gone missing from Poole.

Neil Evans, 35, was last seen at an address in Haven Road yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 20 March 2019. He was reported missing a short time later at 4.38pm.

He is described as white, five feet two inches tall, with short mousy brown hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt, blue hooded top, grey jogging bottoms, black trainers and a black coat.

Chief Inspector Lance Cliff, of Dorset Police, said: “Neil went missing yesterday afternoon and attempts have been made to locate him. We are aware that Neil may have been upset when he left and due to the passage of time he has been missing we are becoming increasingly concerned for him.

“I would urge anyone who has seen Neil or a man matching the description given to please contact Dorset Police.

“Finally, if Neil sees this appeal I would ask him to please get in touch. We are very worried about you and we just want to know you are OK.”
