In the run up to Christmas, Brewery Square in Dorchester has seen a selection of seasonal stores opening at the £100 million development.

The latest of stores to join the retail offering at Brewery Square is YARD; an award-winning independent ladies clothing and lifestyle store, which has expanded from its existing store in Poundbury, Dorchester.

In the first year of trade, the store won the Drapers Best New Business award.

YARD’s pop up store will have a mix of its best-selling clothes and accessories, with a selection of new brands including; On The Rise, a logo t-shirt brand from London; Miss Pom Pom, offering brightly coloured scarfs, hats and stocking fillers.

Vicki Fernyhough, YARD owner commented: “Our latest destination is the lovely Brewery Square in the heart of Dorchester. We chose to open a pop-up shop here as we wanted an opportunity to expand the business and add some new brands into our existing mix. It’s been really exciting buying all the stock for our new store. The other shops and business have been so lovely and have helped to spread the word about our opening. Fingers crossed this will be a brilliant second home for YARD.”

Charlotte Spracklen, centre manager at Brewery Square, added: “We are really pleased to welcome Vicki and the team from YARD to Brewery Square. They have a really wonderful range of clothing, gifts and accessories, which are a perfect offering, especially for Christmas. We have received some wonderful feedback about the store and what it has to offer and we are excited to see what the future holds.”

YARD can be found at Brewery Square, along with a selection of high street and independent stores. Visit www.brewerysquare.com for more information.
