Famous British rock group Mungo Jerry will be headlining Fisherman’s Walk Stage at The Original Shake & Stir Vintage Festival, Sunday 2 July

Mungo Jerry, who rose to global stardom with their iconic summer anthem ‘In the Summertime’, will be topping The Original Shake & Stir 2017’s stellar line-up. In the early 70’s, Mungo Jerry enjoyed massive success with ‘In the Summertime’ as well as other hits such as ‘Baby Jump’ and ‘Lady Rose’. Completing the festivals outstanding bill, which includes some of the UK’s very best vintage performers and musicians, Mungo Jerry will be playing their classic hits as well as songs from their exceptional back catalogue.

Taking place from Thursday 29th June to Sunday 2nd July, the Original Shake & Stir Festival is a colourful celebration of all things vintage, from classic cars, bikes and mopeds to music and dance. It is rapidly becoming the South largest vintage experience, attracting fans from across the UK who flock to Southbourne dressed in their finest themed attire ready to jump, jive, and swing.
