Christmas has arrived at Brewery Square following the successful launch night of the festive period.

Visitors enjoyed a host of activities including live music, Skating in the Square, performances, and the annual Brewery Square Christmas lights illumination.

Charlotte Spracklen, centre manager for Brewery Square, commented: “The atmosphere at our Christmas lights switch on was simply magical. Weymouth Pantomime and all the performers invovled put on a great show and everyone really enjoyed the live music.”

Retailers at the development have extended opening hours on Thursday evenings throughout December for late night shopping.

Skating in the Square has returned for its third year and is in place at the development until New Year’s Eve. Tickets are £6 and can be booked at skatinginthesquare.co.uk in advance.

The retail offering at Brewery Square includes HOBBS, Phase Eight, Joules, Avenue Interiors, Boo’s Toy Shop and Stolen from Susie. Restaurants include – Zizzi, Carluccio’s, Wagamama and Morrish and Banham wine merchant and tasting room.
