Healthwatch Dorset works with local people to discover what’s really going on in health and care services across the county.  They offer free independent information to help you find your way through the system and use your feedback to influence the way local services are provided.

Over the last year Healthwatch Dorset has made improvements to the local NHS complaints system, carried out a maternity services project, visited care homes, worked with children & young people to gather their feedback, and run a volunteer led mystery shopper project to find out more about local access to GP services.
