Officers searching for a missing man in Gillingham are appealing for help from the public in their efforts to find him.

Phillip Otton, who is 34 years old, was last seen just around 12am on Sunday 21 January 2024 in New Road.

He is described as five feet six inches tall and with brown hair that is short at the back and sides with a top knot. He wears glasses and is dressed in a blue fluffy jumper, black suite trousers and smart shoes.

Inspector Luke Larcombe, of Dorset Police, said: “Phillip’s disappearance is completely out of character.

“It was reported that he had a fall shortly before he was last seen. We don’t know whether he sustained any injuries during this, but we need to find him as soon as possible to ensure he is safe and well.

“I am hoping that somebody may have seen Phillip since he left the area of New Road and can help us establish where he may have gone.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to Phillip’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting incident number 21:73.
