BBC’s Tory Kuenssberg is at it again! Having been found by the BBC Trust to have reported deceitfully on Jeremy Corbyn and having been regularly criticised for simply repeating the Tory lies (propaganda given to her by Downing Street), tonight her News At Ten report on Johnson discussing climate change at the UN included these words:

“The UK has been pushing and pushing America to give stronger promises on climate change.” (Really??! How? When? Where? Any evidence of this? And I don’t believe it!)

“Boris Johnson’s mission…. to try to push other countries into line” (as if we are ‘in line’ or in any way taking a lead on measures to stop the climate crisis!)

(Cut to Johnson at the UN saying: “Everybody always agrees that something must be done”) “Saying something isn’t enough for him!” (presenting him as a man of action on climate change, FFS!)

As far as I know, her salary doesn’t come directly from the Conservative Party. Just indirectly!

On top of this, she also said: “Yet what hope is there really, when vast countries like China, India – huge emitters of carbon – aren’t quite so keen?”

This is a shocking thing to say given that the UK’s carbon emmissions per capita are higher than those countries and also given that citing China and India (as the big problem) is what the people who don’t want us to take any action on Climate Change do!

Just irresponsible and shocking!

The message the public will have got from Tory Kuenssberg is:

1. The UK is taking strong action to tackle climate change.

2. Johnson’s a man of action and doing his best to persuade other world leaders to do as great a job as he is in the UK!

3. There’s not much hope or point us taking action if some big countries (that we don’t like and love to blame) aren’t doing enough!
