Officers searching for missing man David Logan are pleased to confirm he has been found safe and well in East Dorset.

David had last been seen in Three Legged Cross on Sunday 26 August 2018.

Officers searching for a missing man from East Dorset are appealing for help from the public to find him.

David Logan, aged 44, was last seen at his home address in Bay Close in Three Legged Cross at around 10.30pm on Sunday 26 August 2018.

He is described as white, six feet tall and with fair shaven hair and a rough beard. He is believed to be wearing a blue knitted jumper with a grey stripe across it, black tracksuit trousers with blue lines down the sides and black Nike trainers.

David’s car is a silver Hyundai i8000, registration number DL09 ANS, which he may be driving.

Chief Inspector Heather Dixey, of Dorset Police, said: “David is understood to have been very upset recently and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“We are carrying out a number of enquiries to locate him and I am appealing to any members of the public with information as to his whereabouts, or who see a man matching his description, to contact us immediately.

“I would also like to make a direct plea to David if you see this appeal to contact us or your family as we all want to ensure you are safe and well.”
