Update:

Officers are pleased to be able to update that a missing man in Christchurch has been found.

Daniel Hill had last been seen at 7am on Sunday 19 November 2023.

Following enquiries and searches by officers, he has been located.

We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal.

Officers are searching for a man who has gone missing in Christchurch and would like help from the public in their efforts to find him.

Daniel Hill, who is 45 years old, was last seen in Bure Lane at 7am on Sunday 19 November 2023.

He is described as around six feet tall, of large build and with a slightly ginger beard and bald head. He is wearing blue jeans, a blue Puffa style jacket with a hooded top underneath and trainers.

Inspector Jon Wasey, of Dorset Police, said: “Daniel’s disappearance is out of character and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“We are making a number of enquiries and officers, assisted by volunteers from DorSAR, are searching the area to find him.

“I am hoping that someone has seen Daniel since the last sighting and can help us establish where he may have gone.

“Daniel – if you see this appeal, please get in touch with us or your family. We all want to ensure you are safe and well.”
