Officers searching for missing Poole man Michael Blake are pleased to confirm he has been located safe and well.

Michael, aged 49, was reported missing at 10.13pm yesterday, Tuesday 11 September 2018, having last been seen at his home address at around 12pm.

Following searches by officers, he has now been located in Hampshire.

We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal.

Officers searching for a missing man from Poole are appealing for help from the public to find him.

Michael John Blake, aged 49, was last seen at his home address in Lime Close at around 12pm yesterday, Tuesday 11 September 2018. He was reported missing at 10.13pm.

He left the address in his vehicle, a green Volkswagen Polo with the registration number S545 XCR.

Chief Inspector Lance Cliff, of Dorset Police, said: “Michael is believed to have been very upset recently and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“We have carried out a number of searches and enquiries as we make every effort to locate him.

“I am now appealing to members of the public for anyone with knowledge of Michael’s whereabouts, or who see either a man matching his description or his vehicle, to contact us immediately.

“I would also like to make a direct plea to Michael if you see this to please contact us or your family as we all want to ensure you are safe and well.”
