Officers are looking for a woman who has gone missing near Dorchester and are appealing for help from the public in their search.

Eileen Palmore, who is 80 years old, was reported missing at 3.40pm on Thursday 21 October 2021. She had last been seen earlier in the day at around 9.30am in Herrison Road, Charlton Down, but has not been heard from since.

She is described as white, about five feet two inches tall and with grey shoulder length hair. She is wearing blue jeans, a long green coat and orange shoes.

Chief Inspector Neil Wright, of Dorset Police, said: “We have been making a number of enquiries since Eileen was reported missing, but unfortunately we have been unable to establish where she might have gone.
