BEAF reflects the stories, culture & communities that make up our unique location of urban setting and beautiful seafront. Discover events, exhibitions, film screenings, workshops & more, right across the 9 days of the festival. The festival opening weekend on Sat 4 & Sun 5 May kicks off with a series of events that will continue until Sun 12 May. Join us on Saturday evening from 6-8pm for the exhibitions preview trail and stay on for the After Party at Chaplin’s.

The BEAF Film Festival on Sunday at the Shelley Theatre will provide an Oscar-worthy finale to the opening weekend! On Mon 6 May, the festivities continue with the BEAF Street Festival around Boscombe Precinct. After a week of events, the festival closing weekend begins with a whole day of Art in the Park at Churchill Gardens on Sat 11 May, and closes with an evening of music, words & images about migration at the Shelley Theatre on Sun 12 May.
