Officers are releasing CCTV images of a suspect following criminal damage to a fast food restaurant in Christchurch.

The incident happened just after 2.20am on Monday 31 December 2018 at Don Ninno Pizza and Chicken on Bargates.

A car was captured on CCTV driving past the window of the restaurant and reversing back before a man got out of the driver’s door.

He is then seen to use what is thought to be a crowbar to smash the front windows of the building before driving off. The car is thought to be an Audi A3 or similar.

Police Constable Dominic Upshall, of Christchurch police, said: “The incident has caused the victim a lot of upset, cost and inconvenience and I am determined to identify the person responsible.

“I am now issuing CCTV images of the suspect in the hope that he can be identified.

“If you know who this person is, please contact Dorset Police or call Crimestoppers anonymously.”
