Patient Dumping: The dark side of health care in America

‘Patient dumping’ at Baltimore hospital?

Patient dumping has been going on in the US health care system for well over a decade. The most vulnerable are the homeless as they dont have any insurance but they are by no means the only group. Over 11% of the 300 + million inhabitants don’t have health cover.
