Here is proof that Starmer has broken Labour Party rules, PLP standing orders (before we even start re EHRC). So, can Starmer & Evans stop destroying our Party, trying to destroy Jeremy, and abide by the law? Like everyone else has to. What kind of HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYER acts like this?

With thanks to Diane Abbott for this:

Rules on withdrawing whip from an MP clear: ” “Withdrawing of Whip (i.e. expulsion from Parliamentary Labour Party) may be decided upon by meeting of Parliamentary Party at which prior notice of motion has been given by Parliamentary Committee” Rules on withdrawing the whip: “The notice of motion shall include the terms of the proposed withdrawal including the length of time the withdrawal is proposed to last” “Any Member against whom disciplinary action is proposed shall be given at least three days’ notice, and shall have the right to make representations to the next meeting of the Parliamentary Committee prior to a motion being put to the vote” “
