Officers searching for a missing Bournemouth woman are pleased to confirm she has been located.

Tia Charlton, aged 21, went missing from an address in the town on Sunday 5 January 2020.

Following searches by officers, she has been found in the Meyrick Park area and has been taken to a place of safety. 

 

Officers are searching for a woman who has gone missing in Bournemouth and would like the public’s help in trying to find her.

Tia Charlton, aged 21, went missing from an address in the Doveshill Crescent area at around 11.50am on Friday 3 January 2020.

She is described as five feet seven inches tall and of medium build with shoulder-length black hair.

Tia was wearing black leggings, a grey or black top, red trainers and a red Puffa-style coat and currently has a leg brace.

Chief Inspector Alan Setchell, of Dorset Police, said: “Tia has been very upset recently and we are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“We are carrying out a number of searches in the area and would urge anyone who has seen Tia, or a woman matching the description given, to get in contact.

“Tia if you see this appeal, please get in touch with your family or us as we all want to ensure you are safe and well.”
