Officers investigating the theft of cash from a store in Poole are issuing CCTV images of two women they would like to speak to.

It was reported that at around 2.50pm on Wednesday 16 June 2021 two women entered the Co-op store at the Bearwood Neighbourhood Centre in King John Avenue and approached the post office counter. One of the women asked to change a large number of notes before she made off with £440.

Police Community Support Investigator Kate Hann, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident and have obtained images of two women we would like to speak to as part of our investigation.

“I would urge anyone with information as to their identity to please contact us.”
