The humanity and medical expertise of this wonderful nation & it’s people is a credit to the world:

Life expectancy is higher in Cuba than the USA. Infant mortality rate is way better in Cuba than in the USA. Thousands of Americans pour into Cuba every year for healthcare. This tiny nation, strangled almost to death by illegal sanctions, provides top-quality healthcare & education cradle-to-grave. Despite technically being a third world country and very poor. Mainly thanks to the illegal sanctions.
Those of you who have seen Michael Moore’s film ‘Sicko’ will have seen how 9/11 First Responders who were abandoned by their government in many cases, were taken by Moore to Cuba, where they received far better healthcare, for free, despite the USA constantly telling them (and like our media and government here) that, basically, Cuba is apparently the enemy. While we would certainly not claim Cuba is perfect-far from it, what it does by sending thousands of doctors around the world-often for free-to the poorest countries, is truly amazing. Their selfless humanity is a credit to the world, and exposes the shameful culture and political ideology of countries with infinitely more wealth & resources.
